[ Alex Goeb / Stage Management ]

Invisible
But
Essential.

Facilitating the connection between production, artists, and the crowd. Operating in the shadows to ensure the spotlight shines where it should.

// THE PHILOSOPHY

As a stage manager, you exist in the friction point between the high-pressure production environment, the artists' needs, and the various moving parts of an event.

My approach is grounded in being effective yet invisible. I am the interface that allows the artist to focus solely on their performance.

"You want a good stage manager? I want you to think of me. Not because I was loud, but because everything just worked."
